Really enjoyed exceptionally good and marvellous breakfasts, and exceptionally clean hotel.
We had a very nice stay in this brand-new hotel. The location was stunning and amazing, by e-mail for dinner at the Tavern, the venue overlooked city. Spent our evenings in nearby Long Bar at Sanderson, especially when it was hot outside. The services were personalized, offered us excellent free Wi-Fi.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Soho and minutes away from a tube station. The restaurant, Berners, is excellent, although a bit pricey. The hotel features impressive artwork throughout. The room is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail, and the bathroom has both rain and regular shower heads. The staff provides impeccable service.
The popularity of the hotel means you need to book well in advance.

The hotel had a classy and stylish vibe, with elegant decor and really nice bathrooms. The service was terrific, with excellent and friendly staff. The bar and bar scene were great, offering a lively atmosphere.
The decor in the rooms was a bit too minimalistic, bordering on spartan. It would have been nice to have a more luxurious feel, especially considering the hotel's reputation.

Had an amazing city break at a hotel in the heart of London. The complementary breakfast and cocktail were a great addition to our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect - just a short walk away from the main attractions. The bed was super comfy, and the room had a great view of the city.
The wait time to check-in was quite long, and the hotel didn't offer much in terms of help with luggage. Also, the room was a bit smaller than expected, and the bathroom was in need of some updates.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel offered us a luxurious and personalized experience. the staff was extremely attentive and helped us make the most out of our stay. the in-room breakfast was exceptional, with exclusive amenities that made us feel pampered. the Bar/Lounge area had a sophisticated atmosphere and the cocktails were delicious.
Although the room was spacious and comfortable, the lighting was inadequate for reading. This made it challenging for us to wind down at night.
